Frequently Asked Questions
All products except bulbs carry a one year guarantee as a minimum. Under the guarantee defective products will be replaced. If the product is no longer available cost and freight costs incurred will be reimbursed.
A number of products have guarantees of longer than a year and these are highlighted in the product specifications.
Do you take returns?We recognise that buying products off the internet doesn’t give you the same comfort as you get seeing them in a shop so we do offer a refund for returned goods. To be eligible for a refund, goods need to be returned in their original packaging and undamaged within 2 weeks of receipt.
For orders received in October 2011 only, refund includes freight costs we charged you and $10 towards the freight cost you incurred returning the product.
Normal policy is not to refund freight costs.
Do you deliver?Delivery is available only in Australia.
Delivery on orders over $300 is free.
Delivery charges will be detailed in your shopping basket. NSW deliveries are the cheapest at $10 for the first item for a delivery in NSW plus $5 for additional items.
Delivery time is dependant on availability. Normally goods will be dispatched withing one week. However some European products can take up to 6 weeks. If goods are not available for despatch within one week we will phone you and you will have the option to cancel the order if you cannot wait.
