If (strictly within 21 days of receipt) you wish to return a product then we will happily refund your purchase cost (less shipping, including the actual shipping cost of items marked as free shipping) if you return it to us at your expense and in its original packaging and condition.
Please Note: some products are non-returnable (such as special finish taps), on other products a re-stocking or administration fee may apply.
Any items (including their packaging) not returned in resalable condition may incur a further re-stocking or administration fee.
If you are returning/exchanging a product please contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) form. Either phone us on 02 6355 2003 or email us. We will require your name, order number, details of the product you are returning/exchanging and reason for return/exchange.
If goods are faulty, we will of course offer a refund or replacement in line with Australian Consumer Law.
